FAQ

  • I have a class pack, can I mix and match classes?

Yes! Online class packs are valid for any online class and studio class packs are valid for any studio class.

  • I have a class pack, do I need to book consecutive weeks?

No, you can book your classes whenever you like. Packs of three classes have a two-month expiry date, packs of ten have a four-month expiry. No expiry date over the summer months or during pregnancy.

  • If I buy an unlimited monthly membership can I also attend your online classes?

Yes, please do! The £50 a month unlimited option gives you access to all studio classes (pre-booking still required) and all online classes. Only workshops are excluded, but you do get 20% off workshops.

  • I have an unlimited membership, do I still need to book each class I wish to attend?

Yes, you do. You can use your personal coupon code to book in to as many classes as you like. Please cancel at least three hours before if you can no longer attend a class. If you regularly late cancel or don’t turn up for a class, you will no longer be able to take advantage of the unlimited membership offer.

  • I'm not flexible, can I do yoga?

Yes! You do not need to be flexible to do yoga. Neither do you need to be a certain body type or under a certain age. Yoga is for everybody – every body. If you’re new to yoga, I would recommend starting with a slow flow class as the slower pace makes it easier to get to know the different asanas and ease into your practice.

  • Do you offer physical adjustments?

In short, yes. I mostly use verbal assists in my classes, but I will on occasion use hands-on assists, too. If you would prefer not to be touched, just send me an email or message beforehand (or tell me when you arrive) and your wishes will be completely respected. Similarly, if you really enjoy physical assists, feel free to let me know that, too.

  • Money is tight right now, do you offer concessions?

All of my classes are free for anyone who needs them to be. You can use the code COMMUNITY at check out to wipe the cost completely. If you would like to pay by donation, you can do so at paypal.me/chloeanitahay (please choose ‘paying friends/family’ option). No contribution is too small. I also welcome skill trades.

  • Can I cancel my class?

Of course! Life happens and we can’t always get to a class that we have intended to. Classes aren’t refundable, but you will get a credit returned to your account to use at a later date if you cancel at least three hours before the start of the class. If you cancel with less than three hours notice, you won’t be able to do so online and your class will no longer be transferrable, but please do still email or text me if you can so I know not to wait for you.

  • I'm isolating, can I pause my class pack/membership?

If you have to isolate you are of course welcome to pause your class pack/membership or convert it to an online one – please email me chloehayyoga@gmail.com to arrange.

  • Can I borrow a mat from you?

You can! I try to always bring a couple of extra mats with me in case anyone forgets theirs. But, if you know that you need to borrow one, then send me an email or message in advance of the class and I will make sure I bring one for you to use.

  • Do you supply props?

If your class is at Chapel House, you will have access to blocks, bricks, straps and bolsters. For vinyasa classes at Birdwood or The Angel, there will be bricks for you to use. For yin classes anywhere, there will be bricks and bolsters.

  • Can I book a one-to-one class?

I sometimes have capacity for one-to-one classes, to enquire please email me: chloehayyoga@gmail.com. If I’m unable to help you, I will happily put you in touch with another teacher who can.
